We have always prided ourselves on delivering solid damn fundamental capabilities to our clients at a reasonable cost, without large unused features that bloat the user interface, service, and cost. In other words, no huge subsystems which requires a whole team of developers but is rarely used by customers.
Since our last increase back in 2023 we have had it significant features, especially around AI. Given our increased development costs, usage costs for third party AI services, and the huge added value for our clients, our prices have increased this year.
Existing client prices will be grandfathered, with our new prices coming into effect for new clients only.
Our tiered subscription plans will continue with the same structure and features list. We've also prided ourselves on having all costs included with the basic subscriptions, without costly add-ons that exasperate the base price. The only thing that will be add-on costs is video AI processing, which can be expensive and scenarios where there are either a large number of videos or very large video files. A certain amount will be included in each plan.

Interestingly, as we have had demo calls with potential clients that have been reviewing other DAM systems with similar capabilities, we have often been asked “why are you guys significantly less costly then your competitors who have no added feature advantage?”. For full transparency, this did get us started thinking about our value proposition / prices. Ultimately, we decided to move ahead with price increases primarily for a long-term sustainability of our organization. While we have being a SaaS company for over 10 years now, long-term sustainability must continue be considered. Given that we have only lost two SaaS customers in the last 10 years, and our customers stay around for a decade or more, longevity is important to our clients and their decision in choosing us.

- Use of custom trained AI models.
- Significantly more beautiful sharing gallery, share management and many other improvements to one of our most important features: sharing of digital assets to various external sources and stakeholders.
- Rolled out a dedicated mobile phone-specific experience (PWA‑style).
- There has been dozens of smaller but still important improvements, mostly based on customer feedback as clients request a smoother and more efficient DAM system.
- Coming very soon: the optional ability to have all your metadata stored in a trusted AI so you can use natural language to ask any question about your digital assets. This will completely unleash a new level of power and value from our already great DAM system.
